Public Service & Instructor Experience

Arthur Parker, Jr. is a retired Chief of Police, having served this position for three prominent Massachusetts municipalities, Williamstown, Carver and Hanson. Parker earned the rank of chief through his 34-year career dedicated to serving the Bay State community as a police investigator and commander. 

In addition to his police service, Parker has been a Massachusetts State Police-licensed Private Investigator since 2000 and has also served as an instructor or faculty member for the following organizations:
